Corporate Social Responsibility

As MTR FashionFlair, we believe that it has become increasingly important to take responsibility for all our actions in the production of our goods. MTR FashionFlair therefore became a member of amfori BSCI in 2017; the Business Social Compliance Initiative. Amfori BSCI is committed to improving conditions in factories worldwide. Collectively, it enables us to effectively monitor our supply chains and improve the overall performance of our factories. MTR FashionFlair expects all their business partners to adhere to the BSCI principles. All factories we work with have signed the BSCI Implementation Terms, confirming that they subscribe to BSCI's values and principles. By working together and taking a common approach, we believe we have a greater impact on and a better chance of improving working conditions within our supply chain. Shared responsibility and involvement enable us to continuously take steps forward. A number of our team members can now call themselves experts in this field, and have undergone various training courses in recent years. In addition, we regularly visit the factories we work with to guarantee maximum follow-up, quality control and transparency.
